That's me above. Fred is explaining to me how he managed to get credited on an episode of "Sex and the City".

I met Fred Thompson last Friday and actually had a conversation with him. No, I didn't ask him anything political. We talked about "Law and Order" and if elected President, would he find a way to get Dennis Farina back on the show. He's a tall man, standing about 6'-4" to 6'-5". He stayed in town for about 30 minutes and then it was off to Mt. Pleasant for more of the same.

Last Night's Sunset

Winter in Summerville

Even with a low temperature of 19 or 20 degrees, a sunrise which includes the Moon and the planet Venus, is still a required photographic endeavor. My hands were "frozen" from scraping the windshields earlier, but I grabbed the tripod from the trunk and clumsily attached the camera. Ice or frost was already forming on the tripod, but I managed to get off a few frames.
